Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice and packaging with tags intact. To be eligible for return, merchandise must be in the same condition as it was when purchased. Used or washed merchandise cannot be returned.

Full-Priced Merchandise (Excluding Sale-Priced and Special Merchandise Below):

  • Within 3 Days of Purchase: Full-priced merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit if returned within 3 days from the date of receipt.

  • No exchanges or store credits are permitted after 3 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Some health and personal care items.

  • Sale-priced merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

  • Special merchandise, including sunglasses, jewelry, footwear, beauty bar products, handbags, and accessories, is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take time to be officially posted.

  4. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@canadacousin.com.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the defective product. Reach out to us at contact@canadacousin.com.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, a refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.


Restrictions

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future return or exchange transactions from customers identified, at our sole discretion, as making one or more unreasonable returns or exchanges.
